I don't know about RHEL 6, but did an installation on a 64bit CentOS 6.2 (minimal) box recently. There I had to manually install a few 32bit libraries before I was able to successfully run the Domino installer. Here goes:

# yum install glibc-2.12-1.47.el6_2.9.i686
~~# yum install glibc-2.12-1.47.el6_2.9.i686~~
# yum install libgcc-4.4.6-3.el6.i686
# yum install libstdc++-4.4.6-3.el6.i686
# yum install compat-libstdc++-33.i686
# yum install compat-libstdc++-296.i686

Please note that version numbers may differ, depending on the particular minor version of RHEL/CentOS 6. Please note also that this is purely heuristic knowledge of mine, so NO WARRANTIES whatsoever.
